Website and branding for a finance & accounting recruitment company
Melody approached me to develop foundational branding and a website for her new finance and accounting recruitment business: Everson Talent. The visual identity centers on a binocular-inspired logomark, reflecting her goal of reaching clients nationwide and her desire to "go the distance" for them, with a subtle upward tilt that suggests her clients looking to her for guidance and perspective.
Tying back to the binocular concept, the color palette chosen draws from a mountain sunrise: deep purple for wisdom and ambition, orange for warmth and optimism, and light blue to convey trust and clarity.
The website was designed as a clean, informational hub that supports both candidates and employers, making it easy for each to connect with Melody so she can connect them with the right opportunities. It includes a blog layout for ongoing insights and multiple contact forms to streamline inquiries and lead generation.
